Our Vacation Bible School ran from July 28 through August 1 and our theme
was Lifeway's "Outrigger Island". The children, most
of them from the surrounding neighborhood, had a wonderful time learning
about Jesus through crafts, and Bible stories. The children also took
part in theme related snacks and games each night. Our final night,
the parents were invited and we presented a slide show of everything their
children had been up to during the week. A pizza meal was shared by
all and then the kids had a water playtime with slip and slides, water
balloons, bubbles and other beach related activities.
- To worship the Lord Jesus Christ
